The Dawson 1816 19th Street NW

1816 19th Street was the conversion of a historical row house located in Dupont Circle. Originally constructed in 1900, the building was designed to exhibit the unique Spanish architecture of that time. NDC re-developed this historical structure such that it was transformed into five distinct luxury condominiums units. The building’s exterior façade was restored to maintain the building’s historical classic Spanish design, while the interior was renovated into five sleek, spacious and modern condominium units.

The project is just three blocks form Dupont Circle, which is one of DC’s most popular and diverse neighborhoods. The development is close to world class amenities that include restaurants, shopping, nightlife and cultural attractions. Rich Markus Architects was the architect of record for the project, Studio I.D. provided interior design services, and NDC Builders, an affiliate of The Neighborhood Development Company was the General Contractor. The property delivered in the spring of 2014.
