Georgia Crossing is a mixed-use affordable housing concept with Class-A neighborhood-serving retail. The development will be a public-private partnership with the District of Columbia Government.

Total project size will be 85,491 sf, including approximately 5,100 square feet of retail. The residential component will offer 80 Affordable housing units, and the retail component will include two bays that may suit a variety of commercial tenants. The project site is located along the Georgia Avenue corridor, in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood.
