Dave supports projects throughout the development process, from entitlement to construction management. Prior to joining NDC, Dave worked for a design-build firm renovating homes on Capitol Hill. He left a career in tech after gaining interest in real estate development when he moved to Anacostia to be closer to his church community.  Dave is co-chair of the education committee with the Urban Land Institute of Washington.
