The development consists of an on-site manager’s office with a community room, and on-site parking. The building has been designed to achieve Passive Housing Institute U.S. certification.Located just east of the Anacostia River in the River Terrace neighborhood provides easy access to all of greater DC. The Minnesota Avenue Metro station is approximately one mile away; a streetcar line is also planned for Benning Road. A nearby network of parks lining the Anacostia River provides open space and recreation opportunities.

Construction is set to begin in the third quarter of 2021 for a fourth quarter of 2022 delivery.
