The Academia Bilingue de la Comunidad is a Public Charter School that has relocated into the Petworth neighborhood from Mount Pleasant. NDC is the Owner and Developer for the new 15,000 square foot facility located near Upshur and 2nd Streets, NW. The building consists of eight state of the art classrooms, administrative offices and a below grade multi-purpose space with an exterior rubberized play yard one level above. Each classroom has inspiring views above neighboring rooftops and has by its nature, inspired a community. Construction began in September of 2006.
