The Neighborhood Development Company was selected by the Jobs Partnership of Greater Washington to provide development services on the Lower Georgia Avenue Job Training Center (LGAJTC) project. The LGAJTC will be located at 625-633 Park Road, NW in the Petworth Neighborhood of Washington DC. Approximately 15,324 gross square feet will be on 3 floors above grade with an underground parking level of roughly 5,000 SF. The facility will accommodate approximately 125 students and 10 staff members. Additionally, the facility will feature back office space, a resource library, a 20 workstation computer room, a small library, a conference room, 3 classrooms, 2 meeting rooms, a multipurpose room and several administrative offices.

The Jobs Partnership of Greater Washington (JPGW) is a non-profit organization that provides job training and other support services for District residents, with a particular focus on ex-offenders. Currently, it is operating a job training center out of the basement of the New Commandment Baptist Church at 625 Park Road, adjacent to the Park Morton public housing complex. The New Commandment Baptists Church and the Jobs Partnership of Greater Washington are led by Reverend Stephen Tucker.
