The Residences at Georgia Avenue is developed as a seven-story building consisting of 6 stories of Moderate Income Apartments, a ground floor neighborhood grocery, and both at grade and below grade parking. The 72 unit development contains 36 two-bedroom apartments and 36 one-bedroom apartments averaging approximately 840 and 650 square feet respectively. Recreational space will also be provided.The ground floor retail space will house Yes! Organic Market. The entrances for the grocer will also be along Georgia Avenue. Weincek & Associates is the Architect for the project and Hamel Builders is the General Contractor.
