The proposed project will consist of a sustainable, mixed-use affordable rental housing development with ground floor retail to be built at the intersection of Georgia Avenue, NW and Lamont Street, NW of Washington, DC.

NDC is proposing the development of approximately 80 units with 12,000 net square feet of ground level retail/office space. The housing portion of the development will be 100% affordable at the 60% AMI. Delivery is scheduled for 4th Quarter 2010.
