CityVista is a $200MM mixed-use development located at the former Wax Museum site at 5th and K Streets, NW. NDC serves as an integral equity member of the development team. The team consists of Lowe Enterprises, CIM Group, Bundy Development Company and The Neighborhood Development Company.
In addition to serving as part of the development team, NDC is also part of the joint venture General Contractor. NDC Builders, LLC has teamed with Davis Residential to form 5th & K Construction, LLC. As a 35% partner of the joint venture, the team is in the midst of completing over $145 MM worth of construction.
CityVista will bring 441 condominiums and 244 apartments to Mt. Vernon Triangle, of which 20% have been set aside as affordable units. In addition, CityVista will feature 116,000 Square Feet of retail, including a 55,000 square foot Urban Lifestyle Safeway, an upscale health club, a hardware store, numerous restaurants and locally-grown retail establishments. Additionally, the building will contain 783 parking spaces.
