The Neighborhood Development Company (NDC) is a unique real estate development company that focuses on the revitalization of emerging urban neighborhoods. The company’s mission is to create exciting residential and commercial properties that advance the revitalization of urban neighborhoods while respecting the rich diversity of their existing fabric. Founded in 1999, the company has completed the development of over 325,000 square feet of real estate. Additionally, NDC has projects that represent over $50 million of investment that totals over 170,000 square feet that are currently underway. These numbers do not include NDC’s Joint Venture participation in the CityVista project, a 1 million square foot mixed use project, which is nearly complete with construction. NDC in also an equity participant in the development team selected by the city to redevelop the Old Convention Center site. This project will also create over 1 million square feet of mixed-use space.
